Others:

Legrand Strickland - a soldier who was injured about a month ago by a roadside bomb.  The other soldiers in his vehicle were all killed.  He was critically injured and with a bad head injury, both lower legs gone, multiple broken bones, and internal injuries, he was not expected to live.  He is from NW Arkansas and attends the church where Jim Bob & Betty Humphrey's daughter, Jennifer, attends.  His wife, Carrie, sings with Jennifer on their praise team.  They have 2 young boys.  He is in the hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

Bill Davis - test for hip problems-inflammation & pain.

Brenda Goates - had one leg amputated, and having problems with the other leg.

Tom Poore- heart murmur and fluid around heart, preventing Tom from have his knee replacement for now, 2.16.10.

Thelma Fraley (Roger Fraley's mother) - at home, under Hospice care, 2.11.10.

Paul Hogan - transferred to Legacy Lodge, Rm # 49

Mary Barton - Atkins nursing home.

Quincy Greenfield, Becky Tucker, and   Eric Drexler, Quincy Greenfield (Vickey Frazier's son), Fern Combs, Addie Bailey, Randy Gray, Harriet Irby (Fern Comb's mother), Addie Bailey, Chloe Smith,  Bonnie Krantz, Grady Crain,  Charles & Susan Pitney

Cancer:

Bryan Bray (Pat Kee and Lisa Rentfro's son-in-law & Brother-in-law) - cancer patient at M. D. Anderson Hospital, in Houston, Texas, needing a stem cell transplant.

Bob Hayes (Dale Lamberson's brother-in-law) - diagnosed with bone marrow cancer 1.26.10; already had lymphoma.

Helen Stevens & Thelma Fraley - lung cancer.

Jerri Shay (Norman & Burnis' daughter-in-law) - breast cancer

Linda Shoop (George Reed's sister) - mastectomy went well.

Bob Reed (George Reed's brother) - tests for pancreatic cancer were good. They'll check again in 6 months.

Gladys Norwood - bladder cancer

Gina Mason (Kevin Mason's sister) - radiation treatments.

Johanna Kenner - cancer in multiple places and started chemo treatments 7.23.09.  "Please pray that I am strong enough to attend services and work."

Cheryl Simms (Trish Bailey's friend & member at Germantown Church of Christ) - cancer may have spread to her brain

Nadine Jones - recovering from shoulder replacement surgery 3.4.10. 

Mamie Lee (John Lee's mother)- after fall.

Grady Crain - to have neurosurgical consult.

Tom Poore - knee replacement

Doris Wells passed away due to her fight with lung cancer.

Connie Parchman's father, Benny Ross, passed away, 3.3.10.

Eula Forbis (Linda Harrell's mother) passed away, 3.2.10;   Memorials may be sent to Camp Caudle.

Missions:

Susan Pitney - Lubbock for the AIM (Adventures In Missions) program, August 12, 2009 - April 2010.  {Pray that she overcomes being homesick, so she can handle the daily stress of living away from home and the only church family she's ever known.}

West Side had 7 baptisms during CHRISTeens wknd., plus, Kailey Parchman on that Sunday afternoon, and Erin Reid the Wed. night afterwards.
